Description: The development comprises of 38 bed spaces for mature students and involves the conversion of an existing public house with a new build development to the side. The new building is to be constructed in timber frame and will be clad partly in larch timber. The design compliments the existing building and respects privacy distances to the neighbouring residential properties.
