Description: The site is situated in the Whitburn conservation area and is adjacent to The Close which is a Grade II Listed building. We have designed 4 contemporary, detached dwellings amongst the wooded landscape whilst respecting the root protection zones of the trees. The dwellings will be pre-fabricated to remove the need for on-site works and possible damage to the trees. The scheme includes design features to maximise natural light, balconies and open plan floor layouts to enjoy views of the adjacent cricket pitch.
