Description: The site lies within the green belt and the Cleadon Village conservation area. Fitz were appointed to undertake a conversion of the existing stables and out-buildings following the client’s previous difficulties with planning. Four luxury residential units are proposed each around 260sq.m with private courtyards, garages and dramatic views across open countryside from all units. Parts of existing buildings are removed to create fantastic views over the adjacent countryside, complemented by car parking underneath the courtyard spaces.
