Project: Extension to historic house

Description: To maximise the use of the structure we propose to rebuild the existing coach house and use a simple glass room to link the buildings. The coach house includes a swimming pool and attached double garage. The link extension is constructed of glass giving a transparency from the drive to the mature garden beyond. The glazed extension brings the garden into the house and vice versa creating large kitchen and dining spaces with areas for relaxation. The scheme also involves reintroducing the two towers and crenellations.
