Description: We were appointed to design a residential scheme on a compact site with various constraints including an underground culvert. Taking into account the constraints, the scheme accommodates 21 units consisting of 9 three bed houses, 9 two bed houses and 3 two bed bungalows all to meet Level 4 of the Code for Sustainable Homes. The homes have a contemporary material palette of timber cladding and white render. Planning was submitted following consultations with the local planning authority and local residents.
