Description: The development proposal involved the full refurbishment and conversion of the existing coach house, and a refurbishment of the main house, both of which are listed buildings. The main house includes six apartments and the coach house two new dwellings. The architectural objectives of the scheme were to rebuild the coach house to its original form, ensuring sensitivity to the surrounding properties. The local authority conservation officer and building control officers were an integral part of the team in restoring the buildings.
