Description The site is within a conservation area and adjacent to a grade II listed house. We created a split-level, modern 500sq.m home using traditional materials to sympathetically respond to its surroundings. With a grade 2 listed building adjacent, the height of the building is lower than the surrounding buildings. The imaginative design creates the impression of a one and a half storey building but has living accommodation over three storeys. A sedum roof was used to reduce the impact of the building.
