Description: The contemporary structure replace the old building and is sited within a conservation area and is designed to respond to the surrounding architecture, be robust, environmentally responsible and flexible in use. By approaching the project in this manner we will achieve a development that has a unique character and a real sense of place. The drive for an energy efficient building dictated the orientation and the roof form allowing for south facing photo-voltaic panels and a living roof.
