Project: New offices for SAFC foundation

Description: The development proposal comprised of an extension to the existing football ground to provide additional office space and a classroom area for the SAFC Foundation. The project was on a tight timescale and budget due to the nature of the stadium and the running of the football club. There were also rigorous fire regulations and statutory approvals needed to gain the relevant permissions for the project due to the safety advisory group needed for large sports facilities. The development was completed in one phase, on-time and budget.
