Description: The extension comprised of two new classroom facilities and an amenity area for the students to relax. The extension was constructed within the existing building in the south facing double height atrium. The proposal provides the college with additional classrooms which they required. The design utilised the existing steel frame and spanned new steel beams and timber joists between the existing columns to provide the new floor space.
