Description: The building will fuse with its context by exploiting key views, routes and spaces, and use both a building form and palette that reflects the history of the site.

Ground floor uses include cafe areas and a multi-use space. First and second floors offer open-plan office spaces. Second and third floors accommodate luxury residential units with a first floor car park of 20 spaces.

The design focuses on strategic views of the ancient church of St Peters and the historic Exchange building to the rear.
