Description: We produced a scheme up to RIBA Stage C for a new office development on Sunderland Quayside. The client had outgrown their existing facilities and was looking to develop a new office building to suit their working practices. The building was an open-plan, contemporary design over three storey’s with visual and acoustic links, break-out spaces, meeting areas and most of all, great river views.
