Description: A restaurant and offices now occupy the ground floor of Sunderland’s landmark apartment building. As project architect for ECHO 24 (during previous employment) the original building concepts are continued in the ground floor with a series of generous spaces encapsulated in glass, allowing spectacular views in, out and through the structure to the riverside and sea beyond.
