Location: West Gate Road, Newcastle

Status: Feasibility

Cost: £4.5 million

Description: The development proposal comprises of a large community and business start up facility for the West end of Newcastle on the fire station site. The building is to be an exemplar of sustainable design and aim to achieve a BREEAM ‘excellent’ rating. The project was won as part of a competition bid amongst regional architects.
