Description: A feasibility study was carried out to turn an existing 1960’s structure into a mixed use scheme of residential units and retail / office space.

The scheme is designed to create a landmark structure, enhance key routes and entrances, and create a multi-faceted structure which addresses all major views, vistas and street frontages.
